It is many things. It is change. It is healing. It is rising up.
What is it to you?
With the latest energy shifts on the planet, there is much talk of ascension. Some will ascend, and others may do so later. But in the end, we all have to rise at some point.
To bubble yourself or not bubble yourself…that is the question!
In life, we all need protection. But how much is too much?
When you go through life fearing anything that may come out to get you, you naturally build walls.
And in those walls you feel safe.
You don’t let anyone in. And you don’t let anything out.
Do you feel safe?
When you see what you want to see or believe what you want to believe, you have fear goggles on.
Fear goggles hide the truth of what is real.
Fear goggles hide you behind a mask and distort what you see, so that you only see the limited picture of what you are seeing.
Much like beer goggles, fear goggles do not show you what is the truth with a clear head. They distort your image.
Neediness is like a drug.
It gives you an adrenalin kick and leaves you wanting for more.
That next fix. That drip feeding that leaves you satisfied until the next hit that you need.
Why does this fear have so much power over you and where does it come from?
How do you let go of this fear and what can you do so that you can look within and detox yourself of your addictive drug?
Neediness comes from lack. It comes from a space of not having enough, not being enough and feeling empty and insecure.
Every relationship is the mirror of you. Simple.
It is a hard concept to understand when you don’t see it. But if you choose to look deeper within this theory you will see patterns that match your own.
What comes forth in your experience is what is vibrating from within.
Even those pesky people in your space who are needy, controlling, unsupportive, addictive, unloving, uncommitting etc.
They all reflect some part of you.
Ego and Soul.
Two sides of the coin. One thrives on insecurity, the other thrives on love, truth and grace.
We are all black and white. Yin and yang. Day and night.
We need to be all shades so that we can grow, expand and come back to who we truly are.
We are souls. We vibrate the energy of a soul. But many become lost. Many lose their way. And many turn to the ego self to survive.
I admit, I tend to get caught up in the moment of when I want something really bad, that logic and intuition goes out the window and I say, YES! Only to realise, was that really what I wanted?
When you put an idea, an offer or a desire out to the Universe and it comes back to you, it can get really exciting. But you have to really look at what it is.
Is it what you truly desired, or are there just parts of it of what you wanted?
I look at everything in my life as a sign. Sometimes I can miss them, as when life happens, stresses etc, you can easily just not see what is right there in front of you. So these signs come again, in a different way, bigger, bolder, more painful etc. They are always there. Do we always see them?
Being in the wrong place at the wrong time is never the wrong place.
How do we deal with our own stuff, when we just want to give it to someone else to deal with?
Let’s admit it, we have all done this at one point or another.
We want another to take away our pain. We don’t want to process it, see it, or deal with it.
It’s just too hard.
Yet the biggest step to self empowerment is to admit that something is wrong. Admit that life isn’t going the way we want it to. See where you are, and change directions if it is not flowing the way you want.
Have you ever felt strongly about something in your life, and felt positive, excited and hopeful and just knew that it would come to fruition soon?
Only what you were experiencing currently, what you were living and seeing all around you wasn’t like that vision you knew about or felt.
It can be hard to keep up the hope when what you know about hasn’t happened. And when you see what is currently, which is not what you know about.
So how to get around this?
