To bubble yourself or not bubble yourself…that is the question!
In life, we all need protection. But how much is too much?
When you go through life fearing anything that may come out to get you, you naturally build walls.
And in those walls you feel safe.
You don’t let anyone in. And you don’t let anything out.
Do you feel safe?
When you see what you want to see or believe what you want to believe, you have fear goggles on.
Fear goggles hide the truth of what is real.
Fear goggles hide you behind a mask and distort what you see, so that you only see the limited picture of what you are seeing.
Much like beer goggles, fear goggles do not show you what is the truth with a clear head. They distort your image.
Blame is an energy that keeps you down.
Blame dis-empowers you.
Blame keeps you stuck.
Blame is allowing yourself to not take personal responsibility for yourself, the way you feel, your actions and your life.
Blame is not aligned to who you truly are.
What is it to blame?
When someone says or does something to you and you feel a certain way…it is not their fault. But you blame.
If you knew how much punishing yourself hurt you, then why do you still do it?
You have experienced pain on many levels. Mental, emotional, spiritual, physical. But on the emotional level, this is where you hurt yourself the most.
Keeping yourself in pain isn’t doing you any good. So why do you stay there?
If you were to take a deeper look at the type of ways that you punish yourself, you wouldn’t believe your own eyes.
When another does it, someone who is outside of you, that is when you can clearly see it and you don’t like it one bit. So why do you do it to yourself?
You are what you eat. Everything is a reflection of you. You attract to you what you are.
Every living thing has a vibration. And every vibration attracts to it a similar frequency.
So how do you attract love?
How do you attract anything?
What your vibration gives out, your energy reels it into your life.
If you want to attract love, then you must be love, act in love and believe in love.
We all have relationships of some form.
We connect, we grow, we shrink and we learn.
All relationships bring us something we need. Our vibration brings us the right soul relationship that we need at the right time in our life.
What is your vibration bringing you?
There is an easy way to see this.
For everyone is your mirror. Everyone that you come across is speaking your language in energy.
We have all met them. Most of us are related to them or currently are or have been in a relationship with them.
What do they do? Steal your dreams.
Have you ever been so excited about something you wanted to do and in your excitement decided to share that news with someone, only for your balloon to be popped and inflated?
“Why do you want to do that for?” they say. “It’ll never work.” “You won’t achieve it.” “You will fail.” And on and on they go, with all the reasons why it can’t happen.
Suddenly that excitement that you felt just disappeared. POP! Gone!
Every relationship is the mirror of you. Simple.
It is a hard concept to understand when you don’t see it. But if you choose to look deeper within this theory you will see patterns that match your own.
What comes forth in your experience is what is vibrating from within.
Even those pesky people in your space who are needy, controlling, unsupportive, addictive, unloving, uncommitting etc.
They all reflect some part of you.
